A life without highs and lows is very monotonous. It’s the same in business. Regardless of how Agile or Lean your team or processes are there will always be issues and challenges to overcome. We are humans, not robots and this is what makes it fun and what I enjoy doing.
I have been in leadership positions at the national level in youth organizations where I lead teams with success and will gladly do it again. The feeling you have at the end of a great project is truly wonderful and should be felt by everyone in their professional or personal lives.
